GENUINE SYNC
by Genuine Music
Accessibility statement
Last updated Oct 24 2026
We want everyone to be able to find, preview and license music on Genuine Sync, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Pages work on phones, tablets and computers and can be zoomed without losing content.
- Buttons and links have text labels, controls are large enough to tap, and status messages are announced to screen readers.
- Our legal and help pages use plain language, clear headings and good contrast.
- Checkout runs on Stripe's pages, which have their own accessibility support.
Known limits
- The video and music editor (timeline, waveforms and drag-and-drop mixing) is highly visual. Some editing tasks may be hard with a keyboard or screen reader alone.
- Music previews have no text alternative beyond the track name, tags and description.
- We have not yet had a formal outside accessibility audit.
Tell us about a problem
If something on Genuine Sync is hard to use, or you need a track, license or document in another way, email john@genuinemusic.tv. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 2 business days and will help you get what you need, for example by sending a license or files directly.
