Use this form to ask us to delete your Genuine Sync Creator account and the personal data linked to your email. We'll confirm by email from john@genuinemusic.tv, usually within 2 business days, and finish within 30 days.
What we keep: license records (license ID, track, tier, project, name, email, payment reference) for as long as a license can be used or claimed, and as required for tax and accounting. Deleting your account does not cancel licenses you already bought. Cancel an active Creator subscription first, or say so in the note.
