Yes. Browsing, previewing and mixing music against your own video are free and unlimited. You pay only when you download or export usable audio or video.
Not while you try music. The video you load is played and mixed on your device. When you buy a license, your finished export (your video with the licensed music) is uploaded to our cloud storage so we can email you a download link that works for 30 days. Export ZIPs are deleted from our storage within 2 days after the link ends. Audio you add yourself stays on your device and, if you are signed in, is saved privately with your project until you delete it (Delete uploaded audio in Projects or next to your email). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Your license certificate (PDF) and download links are emailed to the address you used at checkout. Can't find the email? Check spam, then email us with your order ID and we'll resend it.
In the export step, tap I've paid and paste the checkout reference from your receipt (it starts with cs_live_). Creator subscribers can sign in with the email used to subscribe.
Online: on the export screen, sign in, choose Manage plan, then Cancel plan. Or email john@genuinemusic.tv from the email address on your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Sales are final once a file is downloaded. We refund a double charge, or a download that we can't fix. To ask for one, use the refund request page. See the Refund Policy.
You can request account deletion here, or from the Creator account line in the app. We delete your Creator account and personal data except records we must keep for licenses, tax and accounting.
The iPhone and iPad app is covered by our Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
